I look forward to using my knowledge in the industry to exceed residents expectations and provide excellent customer service in their housing needs. When I'm not working I love to spend time with my daughter and our chocolate lab and try to get outdoors as much as possible. -

James Woods is a dedicated maintenance technician with nearly five years of experience at Fulcrum, focusing on renovations and special projects. With a robust background in the construction industry, he spent 22 years building new homes from the ground up and an additional nine years in renovation and remodeling. James is a certified home inspector and holds various certifications, including aerial lift, scissor lift, Hilti fire blocking, forklift operation, and IICRC CCT. As a first responder, he is committed to safety and preparedness. Outside of work, James enjoys target shooting, camping, and riding dirt bikes, embracing adventure and the great outdoors.
